This book KOUM: Fear not to succeed – a philosophical toolkit, was born a vision adapted from biblical occurrence, Talita Koum which inspiration was developed into a personal philosophy of rising from the slumber of non-achievement, which philosophy have resultantly been projected for adoption and incorporation of personal philosophies for others on the motivation and achievement drive. The theories and practices, processes, procedures and methodologies suggested for functional adoption and employment are user-friendly and designed to for ease of application. It is envisaged and hoped that those who shall read or use the book shall during their motivation and achievement drives garner the necessary consciousnesses, determinations and or purposes on the discovery of the feasibilities and actionabilities for the achievement of achievement as the primary and intermediary stage towards the ultimate goal of success. Of critical importance is the maintenance and development of multipliers of success.

My name is Nkosinathi Masondo born to Mr G.T. and Mrs S.M. Masondo, the magisterial district of Vryheid and grew up in the mining town of Coronation where I did my primary schooling at Thakazela Combined Primary School, proceeding to Filidi High School where the early bud into writing bit, under the tutelage of Mr Nicholas Manyathi.
After taking a capital raising break, I enrolled at the University of Durban-Westville where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in administration, followed by employment at different companies and agencies, which employment contributed immensely to the development of unpublished manuscripts, this being one among a few.
I thank God and my ancestral gods for the boon and bliss of finally seeing this to its finality.
